Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 business days via USPS and UPS from our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH.

• Free standard shipping on US orders over $50
• Flat $7.95 for US orders under $50
• International shipping starts at $24.99 (calculated at checkout)

Most US orders arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders typically 7-14 business days.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unopened, unused items. If a product arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Opened food items (snacks, sweeteners, supplements) are non-returnable for safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Cookware and equipment are returnable if unused in original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or you got the wrong item, take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship the damaged item back.
